Refund policy

Belle Vie want to ensure you are happy with your purchase. However, as all Belle Vie items are custom-made to your order specification, Belle Vie cannot offer refunds on items purchased from us.  Please ensure you have carefully measured the areas you need to move these products through, before placing your order to avoid disappointment.

Order Cancellation Period

Once placing your order, you have a 24-hour cooling off period (one business day) where you can cancel your order and a refund can be processed for you automatically. After this time our factory will receive your order into the manufacturing queue. If you choose to cancel your order after this has occurred, you will not be eligible for a refund and may incur additional cancellation fees.

Refund

If your cooling off cancellation request is approved, Belle Vie will notify you of the cancellation of your order. You will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty Returns

To be eligible for a defect warranty return, the items must not have been subject to negligence, misuse, or mishandling. You will   need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
Belle Vie will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your claim, and let you know if the warranty claim was approved.

Damages and Issues

Belle Vie quality check each shipment before it is received and dispatched to you, however Belle Vie also understand that things can happen in transit and with third party logistics. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately to notify of any concerns - if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that Belle Vie can evaluate the issue and arrange corrective measures as appropriate. If you have arranged your own transportation and delivery, it is the consumer’s responsibility to check the items before leaving Belle Vie. Belle Vie are not responsible for claims arising from delivery where Belle Vie were not directly engaged to deliver the items.
