Delivery and Collection

You may place an order with Belle Vie online or in-store for delivery by Belle Vie (provided the delivery location is within our serviceable area).

Unless otherwise advised, any applicable delivery fees will be calculated and applied at checkout.

We will notify you when your item is ready for delivery, and work with you to set a convenient date and time window. If changes or cancellations are made within 2 business days of the scheduled date, a $50 administration fee will apply, along with any additional delivery costs. Changes to your delivery date and time are not possible on the day of delivery.

Where Belle Vie will be delivering your items, you will be advised, at least 48 hours before the agreed delivery date, of the four-hour window (during business hours) in which your items will be delivered. It is your responsibility to advise us of any issues, difficulties, or specific requirements associated with delivery. You must ensure that we can safely deliver your items, and that the items will fit through all required access points (such as doorways and staircases). We will deliver your item to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that you provide us with your correct delivery address, contact number, and email address. We cannot deliver items under the same order to multiple delivery locations. If this is required, a separate order will need to be placed for each desired delivery location.

Order Lead Times

While we endeavour to display accurate lead times, and use all commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your items by the agreed delivery date, our lead times and delivery dates are estimates only and may be subject to change, particularly in response to any supply chain issues that are out of our control.

We will notify you if we are unable to fulfil your order or deliver the items by the estimated delivery date.
